Michael LaPoint, CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM® - Owner, CEO
Originally from Colorado, Michael has almost 20 years of community management experience in both Colorado and Arizona, along with a connected background in community / commercial maintenance.  This combination makes Michael uniquely suited to guide communities and their Boards.
Although he has extensive experience working with all types of communities, Michael is a proven leader of larger scale single-family communities and condominiums, providing procedural stability and sound business advice that enable Boards to make informed and beneficial decisions for their communities.
Michael has held Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) and Association Management Specialist (AMS®) designations for more than ten (10) years. He has also earned the prestigious Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) designation, which is the highest designation awarded in our industry.
Laura LaPoint - Owner, CFO
Laura has almost 30 years of experience in accounting, in both the public and private sectors.  Her vast experience includes over 25 years as a financial controller and significant practice with complex government accounting. 
Laura holds a BBA in Accounting and has an extensive background in Human Resources and Business Administration, making her a valuable resource for our team. Laura is committed to delivering financial accuracy and excellence to all of our clients.

Community Association Managers

Robin Scott, CMCA®
Robin is proud to be an Arizona native and loves all that this beautiful state has to offer. She brings over ten (10) years of experience in large-scale community management to our team, as well as ten (10) years in the banking and mortgage industry. Her experience and professionalism afford her the opportunity to share her stellar customer service skills and knowledge with our partner communities and Boards. 
Robin has a passion for helping Boards and communities make sound business decisions that not only help preserve and beautify the communities they live in, but also help build “community.” Her proven experience, along with her warm and friendly approach in all she does, makes her an asset to our company.
Robin holds her CMCA® certification and continuously seeks opportunities to bolster her industry knowledge and growth.
Odie Rosales
Odie was born and raised in Avondale, AZ, and moved to the East Valley three (3) years ago. From a young age, Odie has been instilled with a strong work ethic, accountability, and a desire to continue growing and learning.
Odie has a background in management and leading teams that spans over fifteen (15) years. She enjoys challenging environments and growing her skills.
Odie has a passion for working with great Boards and strives to take care of everyone of her partner communities as though they were her own community. She enjoys being part of community improvements and making a difference in her partner communities.

Portia Pettis
As a college graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science, Portia is a valued member of our Community Association Coordinator team. We hope to utilize Portia's knowledge and skill set to develop a Corporate Wellness program as we grow.
